The staff was very nice and efficient. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and several people were enjoying it. The kids enjoyed the workout room. Parking spaces are easy to find

My friend and I loved the hot breakfast and the selection of other breakfast items. The cheese sticks were perfect with the fruit. When we arrived it was my friend's birthday and the nice elderly female employee brought her a muffin with a candle and sang happy birthday to her! That little gesture made her day! Our room in the second floor was perfect! We had a view of the park across the street and at night, we could see the blue Christmas 🎄 tree!

The hotel was nice and comfortable, location close to everything in Helen. The staff were super friendly. Only downsides, we were there 4 nights, never received housekeeping, had to take out our own trash, put used towels in the hallway. Other guests were doing to same, towels and trash bags in the hallway. Towels in the swimming pool were never there, had to go and ask front desk. The only ice machine that worked was on the first floor. Breakfast was good, but it was the exact same each morning.

Breakfast was great! And the pool and hot tub felt nice each evening after walking around town. Staff was polite and courteous and the rooms were clean and smelled as if they clean with bleach. Bleach kills germs and it wasn’t an over powering smell smelled nice and clean!

Erica was really quick and helpful during checkin. We reserved an accessible room and got a nice king room with an excellent ADA bathroom. We loved the great shower head that rotated. The lighting was good and the bed was very comfortable

We came on a spontaneous road trip. I loved how close it was to everything. Kept us from paying the $10 parking fee for downtown. The outside was clean and inviting. The lobby was decorated very nicely. There is plenty of parking, too, thank goodness. The breakfast was decent and the worker was very friendly.
